Microsoft Word is, without doubt, the worlds most popular word processing program. Word allows users to create documents, flyers, brochures, reports, invitations, notices, calendars, letterheads, postcards, newsletters and much more.
Microsoft Word allows you to create striking and professional-looking documents with the new range of templates and themes, create dynamic documents by inserting online pictures or videos, edit PDFs without leaving Word, collapse and expand sections. Whatever it is you want to do with your document, we’ll show you how.
Our Microsoft Word Training courses comprise a 3-level study program: introduction, intermediate and advanced. Each study level is generally conducted over 1 day, however, can be customised to suit the needs of the participants.
Our Microsoft Word online courses are also available for those wishing to learn remotely.

Based on the results, we can recommend the right Word training course to meet the needs of you and your staff. If you’re still not sure, give us a call to discuss your requirements.
Our Microsoft Word training is delivered face-to-face in Sydney, usually at your workplace (but we can organise an offsite venue if preferred). Face-to-face training provides the opportunity to share Word tips and tricks that are not easily shared online. Our hands-on training gives you the chance to use your own computer to practice your skills and reinforce learning. We believe that if you don’t play around with Word yourself, you won’t get the most from your learning.
While we prefer the hands-on approach of face-to-face training, we also deliver live Microsoft Word training via Microsoft Teams or Zoom. During online Microsoft Word training sessions, our trainer tailors the content to suit your needs, sharing their screen and answering questions in real time to reinforce learning. Following the online Word course you have access to free ongoing email support to answer your questions and further develop your new skills.
Our Sydney Word training courses are full-day sessions, covering everything you need to know at an introductory, intermediate or advanced level. Our trainer comes to you, so you can select a day that best suits your business and minimise unnecessary travel for your staff. Generally, classes start at 9:00 am and finish around 4:00 pm, but we can customise these times to suit your needs, offering half-day or shorter sessions if required.
During our Microsoft Word training, you’ll have the option to purchase a detailed training manual to support your learning (note, manuals are not included in our training fees). Following the completion of the Microsoft Word training course, you will also be provided with on-going support via email. We don’t place any time limits on this support, so you can access this service as needed, as long as your support queries remain related to the content covered in the training session.
Our Sydney Word training courses are delivered by qualified trainers who hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110) and have experience across the suite of Microsoft Office products. This means you’ll gain both the theoretical and practical knowledge you need to master Excel. In most cases, your trainer will be Belinda Anderson, a professional software trainer, with a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and over 19 years’ experience in the training industry.
