Microsoft Outlook is the email and scheduling program within Microsoft Office. Outlook is much more than just an email program and provides additional functionality including calendar and scheduling, contact management, task management, note taking and much more. Microsoft Outlook allows you to manage your incoming and outgoing email messages with an abundance of tools to streamline your daily processes. With our huge reliance on email communications, it is important to ensure your staff are utilising all available tools to make their email and calendar management as effective as possible.
Our Microsoft Outlook Training courses comprise a 2-level study program: introduction and intermediate. Each study level is generally conducted over 1 day, however, can be customised to suit the needs of the participants.
Our courses include skills analysis for each participant along with unlimited ongoing post course support via email.
