Belinda Anderson (née Metcalf) is the founder and principal trainer at Beltan Consultancy. With over 24 years of experience in the IT and computer training industry, Belinda brings a wealth of knowledge, energy, and dedication to every client engagement.
Her background in IT and network support gives her a strong technical foundation, allowing her to deliver training that is both practical and relevant to real-world business environments. Belinda holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) as well as multiple Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certifications which ensures her training is both technically accurate and educationally effective.
Belinda has delivered training to thousands of professionals across Australia. Throughout her career, Belinda has worked with a wide range of clients, from small businesses to large organisations, delivering training that helps people feel more confident and capable in their roles. She takes pride in creating a supportive learning environment where participants feel comfortable asking questions and exploring new skills.
She is passionate about helping people improve their workflow, boost productivity, and feel confident using technology. Her approachable style and deep technical expertise make her training sessions both engaging and empowering.
