Our Microsoft Sway workshop aims to provide participants with a thorough understanding of the Microsoft Sway program included in Microsoft 365 subscriptions.
Sway is an exciting new app providing users with a way to create interactive reports, stories, presentations and more. Sway is all about the content. It tries to take away the extra bells and whistles which we sometimes get caught up in with other programs and lets you focus purely on the information.
Microsoft Sway allows your presentation to shine without a presenter. Share your Sway story with other users within your organisation or school, or share with external parties.
Sway can be used to create online presentations, distribute newsletters, conduct staff induction training, create a digital resume, showcase a portfolio and much more.
Every course can be tailored to include the subjects you are most interested in or which will help you to streamline your use of Sway. All participants will receive an electronic copy of our Microsoft Sway user guide along with other resource options to enhance further engagement and learning.
In-House Training Courses
All courses are conducted as private in-house sessions. Staff do not need to travel elsewhere. We bring the training to you.
One-on-one or Group Sessions
Learn one-on-one or include other staff for group training sessions. We recommend up to 10 people per session.
Effective Targeted Training
Use our free skills assessment to identify the current skill levels of staff and customise the course to fill any skills gaps.

Sway Introduction

Learn how to create using Sway including understanding fundamentals such as the storyline and cards. Explore how to add text, images, video or audio plus add custom backgrounds and more. Use Sway’s built-in style options for quick design options and then share your story easily.
