Booking Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions in relation to all training course bookings.

Course Bookings

  1. All prices are in Australian (AUD) dollars and are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise noted.
  2. A 50% deposit is payable within 7 days of course booking. If no deposit is received, dates may be made available to other clients for booking.
  3. All course booking balances are due within 2 business days of each training date.
  4. Changes made to the number of participants attending a course date can be made up until the morning of training. Any variation to the number of participants will be invoiced separetly after training and will be payable within 2 business days of the course date. 
  5. Any costs in credit can be used towards future course bookings and will be held for up to 12 months from the original course date. No refund of monies available.

Rescheduling of courses

  1. Rescheduling of course dates must be received in writing via email to info@beltan.com.au. Rescheduling requests will only be accepted if received by COB, 5 business days prior to the commencement of a course.
  2. Rescheduling of courses within 5 business days of commencement will incur a transfer fee equal to 50% of the original course cost.

Cancellations

  1. Cancellation of course dates must be received in writing via email to info@beltan.com.au. Cancellations will only be accepted if received by COB, 5 business days prior to the commencement of a course.
  2. No refund will be given for cancellations within 5 business days of the course date.
  3. Beltan Consultancy reserves the right to make alterations or changes to a previously confirmed training course date including but not limited to, illness of the Trainer or Consultant. In such cases, Beltan Consultancy will endeavour to inform the Client as soon as possible to reschedule the course date to the earliest convenient date.

Other

  1. Beltan Consultancy shall in no circumstances be liable for any loss of profit suffered directly or indirectly following attendance at any training by a client’s employees, contractors or subcontractors.

Beltan Consultancy reserves the right to update and/or alter this Booking Terms and Conditions at any time, and it is the client’s responsibility to be aware of their responsibilities in accordance with this policy.
