Course Description

Our Microsoft Sway workshop aims to give participants a thorough understanding of the Microsoft Sway program included in Microsoft 365 subscriptions. This workshop covers the ways in which you can utilise Sway, how to install the Sway app, using the various card types, how to share your Sway and using accessibility options.

Learning Outcomes

At the completion of Microsoft Sway Introduction you should be able to:

  • launch Sway online or using the app
  • understand the Sway storyline
  • navigate your way around Sway
  • add text, image, video, and audio content cards to a Sway
  • add card backgrounds
  • add images from other sources
  • use styles within your story
  • work with accessibility features
  • share your story with others

Prerequisites

Microsoft Sway Introduction assumes little or no knowledge of the software. However, it would be beneficial to have a general understanding of personal computers and the Windows operating system.

Course Duration

The Microsoft Sway Introduction course is run over half-day but can be customised to suit your needs.
