With our huge reliance on email communications, it is important to ensure your staff are utilising all available tools to make their email and calendar management as effective as possible.
Our Microsoft Outlook Training courses comprise of a 2-level study program: introduction and intermediate. Each study level is generally conducted over 1 day, however, can be customised to suit the needs of the participants.
Training is available for Outlook versions 2000-2016.
Our courses include skills analysis for each participant along with unlimited ongoing post course support via email.
Microsoft Outlook Introduction
This course is designed to provide participants with the skills to be able to send and receive emails, schedule appointments and maintain contact information. Participants will explore how to customise the Outlook environment, use additional features when sending and receiving email, work with file attachments, use message flags and reminders, deal with junk email, utilise the Calendar functions, scheduled appointments and meetings, create and manage Contacts, create and use the To-Do and Task lists.
