Course Description

Our Microsoft Teams Introduction course aims to provide participants with the skills and knowledge to sufficiently use and operate within the Microsoft Teams platform. Participants will explore how to create a team and channels, how to begin a chat with other members, how to share files, and how to schedule meetings.

Microsoft Teams can be run as a half-day workshop or combined with another Office 365 app to form a full day of training.
