Course Description
Our Microsoft Teams Introduction course aims to provide participants with the skills and knowledge to sufficiently use and operate within the Microsoft Teams platform. Learn how to use Microsoft Teams including how to create a team and channels, how to begin a chat with other members, how to share files, and how to schedule meetings.

Prerequisites
Microsoft Teams Introduction assumes little or no knowledge of the software. However, it would be beneficial to have a general understanding of personal computers and the Windows operating system.
