Course Description
The Using Sway for Digital Storytelling course is designed for teachers, educators, and education support staff who want to create visually engaging and interactive digital content using Microsoft Sway.
Participants will learn how to use Sway to design classroom presentations, digital stories, newsletters, lesson resources, and learning content that supports student engagement and classroom communication. The course explores how Sway can be used to combine text, images, video, audio, and interactive content into professional-looking presentations without requiring advanced design skills.

At the completion of Using Sway for Digital Storytelling workshop, you should be able to:

- understand the Sway storyline and interface
- create a Sway from scratch, a template, or an existing document

Prerequisites
The Using Sway for Digital Storytelling workshop assumes little or no knowledge of the software. However, it would be beneficial to have a general understanding of personal computers and the Windows operating system.
Course duration
The Using Sway for Digital Storytelling workshop is run over a half-day or 3 hours. The session includes a short break.
